College basketball might have a load management problem.
Darryn Peterson, the projected No. 1 overall pick in this year's NBA Draft, sat out Monday night vs. No. 1-ranked Arizona, his eleventh missed game this season.
BREAKING: Darryn Peterson is OUT for tonight's game against No. 1 Arizona with flu-like symptoms, Kansas spokesman told @TheFieldOf68 pic.twitter.com/oiVII9u1ED

Kansas was still able to hand Arizona its first loss of the season even without the freshman phenom with a 82-78 victory.
Peterson, who draws comparisons to Kobe Bryant and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, has had trouble staying healthy this season.
He's now missed games against UConn, Duke, and Arizona, and has sat out entire halves against notable opponents like BYU.

* Missed half of Kansas' games
* Sat out 2nd half against your biggest competition for No. 1 pick (AJ Dybantsa)
* Sat out vs. No. 1 team in the country
I know this will be unpopular on Twitter - but no way I'm drafting him No. 1 overall pic.twitter.com/rU7y2ab9EB
As one of the most anticipated games of the year, Peterson's inability to play has drawn the ire of college basketball fans.
Billy, this is Darryn Peterson. He’s the purest scorer we’ve seen in the last decade. He’s god mixed with Kobe.

All eyes will be on Peterson to see how many more games he misses this season.
